Rohit Mathur CEO has over twenty years of experience working in technology in various roles. His past experience includes senior Technology Management roles at Merrill Lynch, IBM and Citi. He has managed Global Equity and Derivatives Trading Platforms and other areas of Trading & Risk Management at premier Investment Banks. Mr. Mathur has a track record of large scale successful corporate project executions as well as entrepreneurship. He was a founding partner of Open Software Technology which specialized in Services for Business Intelligence and Corporate Reporting. Open Software was acquired by Actuate Corporation (Nasdaq: ACTU) in 2000. He is also the founder and Managing Partner of Intellisight Inc. (www.intellisight.net) which is a reseller of Software products and specializes in Business Intelligence using QlikView, one of the most successful BI products in the marketplace.
Director of Product Sales - Mike Pasquariello is the Business Development Manager.
He has more than 30 years of experience selling technology solutions and managing successful
project delivery for companies like Hewlett-Packard, Intergraph, Agile Software and QlikTech.
Nicole Mills - Director Resource Management has 15 years of diverse Executive and Management experience in Resource Acquisition, Operations and Marketing. Nicole has successfully helped to drive startups from idea to explosive growth, as well as many small and mid size organizations. She has experience building and executing successful campaigns in Marketing, Resource Management and Operations from blueprint to successful executions and has worked on Projects for Cutting edge Business Intelligence, ERP and Wall Street Trading Systems.
T.J. Butler - Director of Services Sales has over 10 years of hands-on IT industry experience, enabling him to spot shifts within the market and translate them into strategic sales imperatives. His success comes from delivering on projects in the ERP landscape, with a special emphasis on SAP. T.J. has an excellent understanding of the sales process, along with clear and efficient execution abilities. He is an independent operator and can be relied upon to run the sales cycle from inception to closing and will deliver above and beyond expectations.
Anju Sahni - Director of Operations Anju is responsible for keeping the wheels moving. All Legal & Financial aspects of the organization are under her purview. She has extensive experience in Records and Accounts in her past positions and continues to manage the most detail oriented and difficult operational aspects of First Tier Technology !
